Change and Restore Seagate SMART Information

Description 

Conduction time will become 0 if SMART information of the HDD is lost or cleared. To restore conduction time and usage time, users can write SMART into it from other HDD with same firmware to restore SMART information. This document shows operation and the modules need to write.
